Nestled on a well landscaped lot, this ranch-style farmhouse was built for a busy family. The added details such modifications to the original rafters allowed for a full third story attic space, an ample recroom on the third floor. Adding those extra windows made the house a much more appealing on the outside while giving the third storey great views of the yard.

Little touches such as extending the deck to accomodate a clothesline, adding garden doors to allow access from the dining room and a fireplace added the coziness the family wanted.
